Cauliflower Fritter
Ingredients
Fritter
- 1 head Caulifower
Fritter Batter
- 2 cups cups all purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup corn starch
- 2 cups cold water
Romesco Sauce
- 1 lb Roasted Red Pepper
- 1 lb Roasted Pecans
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Honey Sherry Vinaigrette
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 cup Sherry Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
Instructions
Fritter
- Chop 1 head of cauliflower into medium sized pieces
- Roast at 400 for 15 minutes, remove and let cool
- Take 8 oz of Roasted Cauliflower and cover in tempura batter
- Fry in oil until golden brown
- Season with salt
Fritter Batter
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl
Honey Sherry Vinaigrette
- Combine all ingredients in bowl
Serving Instructions
- Spoon Romesco Sauce onto plate
- Pile fritters high on top of sauce
- Drizzle Honey Sherry on top
