8-piece cut ups – these come with 2 wings, 2 drumsticks, 2 thighs, and 2 breasts – all with skin on. These average 4.5 lbs.

4-piece cut ups – Half of the 8-piece! These come with 1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 wing, and 1 drumstick. These average 2.25 lbs.
