The chicken backs and frame are what remains after the chicken is cut up for our 8-piece cut ups. These are our most popular chicken part, ideal for making stocks and broths! They are packed full of nutrients and make delicious meals!

Backs & frames are sold in packages of approximately 1.5 to 2 lbs. We have limited stock available.
