Whether you like them pickled or roasted or prepared another way, they are packed full of fiber, vitamins, and nutrients. Healthy food with a great taste! You can also cook and eat the greens, which are kept on depending on the time of year.
Our beets are most often the dark red variety, but we do also have gold beets periodically that may be mixed in! Sold by the quart or as a bunch.
