Fried Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients

Harissa Sauce

Roasted Red Peppers

Cumin

Cilantro
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Chicken
Marinate chicken thigh in buttermilk, garlic powder, and rosemary, overnight if possible
Combine 3 parts Drakes batter mix with 1 part cornstarch
Dredge chicken in batter and double dip
Fry chicken in oil until 165 degrees and golden brown
Harissa Sauce
Combine all ingredients and puree until smooth
Serving Instructions
Toast Challah bun and then place 2 tbsp of of Harissa sauce on bun with fried chicken
Top with iceberg lettuce and slice of tomato
Serve with side of mixed greens
