Honey Sherry Vinaigrette

Sherry Vinegar

Instructions
Fritter
Chop 1 head of cauliflower into medium sized pieces
Roast at 400 for 15 minutes, remove and let cool
Take 8 oz of Roasted Cauliflower and cover in tempura batter
Fry in oil until golden brown
Season with salt
Fritter Batter
Combine all ingredients in large bowl
Honey Sherry Vinaigrette
Combine all ingredients in bowl
Serving Instructions
Spoon Romesco Sauce onto plate
Pile fritters high on top of sauce
Drizzle Honey Sherry on top
